Beware of FAKES

At Least 2 of the Sony Packaged Memory's Pictured here on Amazon are FAKES or COUNTERFITS.
UNUSABLE MEMORY.
The those that build these are taking non-sony generic crap 512's, 1,2,or4 G size chips
and making terribly elaborate nearly good (looking) FAKES! Zoom in and appearance terribly closely
at the model numbers for the eight and therefore the sixteen Gig. within the third and forth pictures you'll plainly see
the faux model numbers I actually have shown below.
Their numbers don't exist within the True Sony lineup.
for example: MSX-M8GST/X & MSX-M16GST/X don't exist <<< each ARE faux
Dont believe me,, go look it up for yourself ,,, GOOGLE it or verify the links below.
THE NUMBERS ought to SAY
for MARKII MS-MT8G & MS-MT16G conjointly there's an 8g that's not MARKII it's MSX-M8GS/X << older model.
There is never a T toward the top of the model variety in these explicit Larger reminiscences,
and NO MARKII's ever have a /X or a MSX !!! within the model # at all!
